                                                                                           Travel vaccines

We run a travel vaccination clinic once a week on a Thursday with Nurse Julie Harding. The appointment times available are 15:30, 15:50, 17:20 and 17:40. Once you have booked your travel vaccination appointment please complete the travel vaccination risk assessment form that you can download from the link below or collect from the surgery reception. Please bring in your completed form before your appointment so that the Nurse can assess what vaccinations you will need.
