To make an appointment in advance please telephone or call in at any time between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. Appointments are for 10 minutes and for one medical condition only. If you feel you need more time please request a double appointment.

Same Day Appointments

Appointments for the same morning are released at 8am on the day.

Appointments for the same afternoon are released at 12pm on the day.

Subject to availability appointments may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Please note there is only one doctor on duty on Wednesdays evenings and no practice nurse due to a Minor Op's Clinic.

If you need to see a doctor urgently you can call in during surgery hours and we will aim to get you seen subject to an available appointment.

Please be aware you will be asked by reception the reason for your appointment, this is so you are given adequate time for your concerns. Not only this but your concern may be able to be dealt with by the nurse, saving GP appointment time for someone who may require an urgent appointment and you may be seen sooner.

Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to the doctor please telephone the surgery and arrangements will be made for the doctor to return your call. Our practice nurses also take calls Monday-Friday between 1:30 and 2:30 and may be able to help with your concern.

Practice nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. You may also call the Nurse Monday-Friday between the hours of 13:30 and 14:30.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Patients who frequently fail to attend appointments without prior notice might be asked to register with another practice.

Please note patients arriving late for an appointment may be asked to attend at another time.
